    All progress deleted after last update. Is this restorable; or do I move on? Very displeased with service at present.

    All progress deleted after last update too. I hope all returns to previous position.

    The updates shouldn’t be mandatory. They should be able to go back to the previous state in case of errors like this.

    Progress deleted for me too. Let’s hope they have backups, but also give them time. It may take a few days for them to sort it out. I’m sure their IT/Devs are freaking out right now too because they know they’ll lose a lot of their player base if they can’t get progress restored.

    Seems I’m not the only one here with the problem of missing resources and game progress. Not blaming anyone though. I just want to know if I can get my resources and game progress back. Also I wanted to know if it’s safe to completely delete my iOS Space Wolf game then reinstall it. Will I lose resources or progress? Because my icon is missing from the Home Screen. Thanks.

    Any news on a fix or compensation ? Played for 2 years and lost all progress , weapons and character levels. It looks like the last update reset us all :(

    Leider bei alle das gleiche und das hat ja auch Geld gekostet . Sollte das nicht behoben werden. Ist das sehr ärgerlich und wird sicher rechtlich verfolgt

    Got an email to say update password and they would solve the issue, that was about 3 days ago and still not solved. Has anyone regained all there progress yet?

    Same here. Hoping it will get solved. Everything should be stored at their end anyway, so I’m hopeful it will get solved.
